RETURN/REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will refund or exchange your merchandise if returned within 30 days of purchase. The merchandise must be returned in new condition with all original tags attached.
We do not refund footwear that has been worn. Pleae insure proper fit before wearing them outside. Flame Resistant Clothing is subject to all freight and a $10 handling and restocking fee.
You are responsible for the shipping charges for the merchandise you are returning. Also, we will charge shipping on the replacement items you request.

Please submit a copy of the invoice with explanation of return and credit/refund instructions.
If we have sent you an incorrect item, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the merchandise to us, and we will not charge you the shipping for the replacement item.
